OPENING: THE GREEN LAND / ARCTIC CREATURES
You are invited to the festive openings of this summer's two exhibitions The Green Land og Arctic Creatures.

Welcome by Director Karin Elsbudóttir.
The exhibition will be opened by Mai Misfeldt. The artist behind The Green Land, Inuk Silis Høegh, will be present, along with the Icelandic artist group Arctic Creatures (Hrafnkell Sigurðsson, Óskar Jónasson and Stefán Jónsson).
Musical performance by Jónas Ásgeir Ásgeirsson, and dj Gísli Galdur fills the house with music.
We at Nordatlantens Brygge offer refreshments during the event.

Inuk Silis Høegh’s alluring and ominous film installation is a brilliant mediation in four parts of the Arctic landscape and humanity's own volatility.
ARCTIC CREATURES
With intensified energy, humor and ingenuity the Icelandic artist group deals with topics such as human’s relationship to nature, masculinity, and plastic pollution mediated and conceptualized through staged tableaux.
