Exhibitions 2022
SUMMER
From May 21st to September 11th there will be an Faroese exhibition on the ground floor featuring works of Barbara Í Gongini and Hauge Í Gongini Djernis in dialogue with each other. At the same time, on the 1st floor, selected sculptures by Sigurjón Ólafson (1908-1932), will be on display. He was a prominent member of Danish avantgarde in 1930’s and 40’ before he moved back to Iceland where played an important part in Icelandic modernism.
AUTUMN/WINTER
From September 24th to January 8th 2023 you can visit the exhibition Atlantikumi (In the Atlantic Ocean) with works from Jeanette Ehlers, Jessie Kleemann and Pia Arke, on the ground floor. On the 1st floor works from the Icelantic artist Harpa Árnadóttir will be on display.
